1. What Muro Vecinal is

Muro Vecinal is a service by Qubits Technologies (Chile) so that the neighbors of a building or community can stay informed, talk, solve and decide in one place.

By using the site, the app or the web version you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Who hires the service

The service is hired by the community, represented by its manager or its board. Neighbors use it at no cost.

Whoever hires on behalf of the community states that they are authorized to do so.

3. Accounts and roles

Each person uses their own account and is responsible for what they do with it. Let us know at murovecinal@qubits.cl if you think someone accessed your account.

The community assigns roles (neighbor, board, management or concierge) and decides who has access to each unit.

4. Use of the wall and content

Each person is responsible for what they post. It is not allowed to post illegal, offensive, discriminatory or misleading content, other people’s personal data without their consent, or advertising unrelated to the community.

The community sets its house rules and moderators. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Sales between neighbors are agreements between them: Muro Vecinal is not part of the sale and is not responsible for the products.

5. Plans and payment

The price depends on the plan the community chooses, each with its own features, and is expressed in UF. It is the same for any community of up to 600 units; larger communities get a quote. The subscription can be monthly or yearly, is paid on the web and an invoice is issued.

Each period is paid in advance on the web; there are no automatic charges. If it isn't paid, the community is suspended after a 7-day grace period.

Payments are non-refundable, except as provided by law.

6. Cancellation

The community can cancel at any time; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. Before closing, the community can ask for a copy of its information.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

8. Emergencies

The emergency plan and urgent alerts help coordinate the community, but they do not replace emergency services. In an emergency, call the official numbers first.

9. Liability

Muro Vecinal is a tool for the community. Decisions made by the community, the management and each neighbor are their own responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the community in the last 12 months.

10. Intellectual property

The Muro Vecinal brand, design and software belong to Qubits Technologies. Content posted by the community belongs to the community and to whoever posts it; they authorize us to display it within the service.

11. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version with its date and announce important changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santiago, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by law.
